Sibylle Arhold
was born in 1976. After she completed her associate degree in international business administration, she graduated successfully in psychology with main focus in personnel, work and organizational psychology, as well as in business economics at the Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen (Germany) in 2006. She has worked for ABSOLUT PersonalManagement as a personnel consultant in the commercial and ict departments since 2007. In 2008 she moved up a managerial position responsible for this division. Due to her psychological and economic background she understands how to align the professional and individual resources of the candidates optimally with the requirements of the client.

Alexandra Kampka
  was born in Patchkau in 1983. 2011 she successfully graduated from Friedrich-Alexander- University in Erlangen-Nürnberg with a Master of Arts (MA) in Business Sciences and Iberoromanian Philology. During her studies Alexandra completed several internships and worked as a Student Trainee in HR to gain experience in personnel recruitment. In April 2011 Miss Kampka joined the commercial department at ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH in Munich as a Consultant.

Philip Schluttenhofer
, born in 1979, successfully obtained his degree as „Diplomkaufmann (comparable to a Master’s degree in business) from the University of Augsburg in 2005. This particular degree focused on the field of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology of work as well as Public Sector Management. He then worked as Placement Officer within the BfA (German Federal Insurance Institution for Employees).  There he oversaw the support and placement of specialised personnel. Since April 2008 he is employed in the commercial area at ABSOLUT PersonalManagement responsible for placement and assignment of qualified personnel.

Sandra Lehmann
 was born in 1983. After completing her apprenticeship to qualify as an IT System Specialist she successfully graduated with a bachelor of business administration focusing on market research at the University of Pforzheim in 2010. Ms Lehmann joined ABSOLUT PersonalManagement as a Recruitment Consultant in 2010 and will be working for the commercial department. A competent and trustworthy relationship to Candidates, Clients and Employees is the centre of Sandra’s work related focus.

Sandra is responsible for  the supply and placement of qualified personnel.

Shadia Selmani
was born in 1962. She is a certified interpreter and translator for English and French. For more than 10 years Shadia Selmani has been working as a personnel recruiter. Since 2007 she serves as division manager at ABSOLUT PersonalManagement. She is the point person for all subjects related to the temporary supply of workers and personnel service in medical/healthcare and commercial sectors. It is very important to her to always have a plain and reliable cooperation with customers, employees and candidates.

Daria Pigulla
 was born in 1983. After completing her training to become an Insurance Clerk she started her own business in Insurance sales. Following an internal “on the job” training to become a consultant at a Recruitment Agency she successfully built a career in the industrial and commercial recruitment sector.

Daria joined ABSOLUT PersonalManagement in August 2011 and is looking after the commercial department at our branch in Siegburg.

Jaqueline Behnke
was born in 1984. During her commercial apprenticeship with an international company, she focused on personnel management and accountancy. She then went on to work in the human resources sector. In early 2008 she started a distance education programme at the private University of Applied Sciences, Göttingen (Germany) which she successfully completed in 2011 as a graduate in Business Administration. She has worked in the medical/healthcare sector of ABSOLUT PersonalManagement since 2008 and her responsibilities include the assignment and placement of qualified personnel within this particular department. Customer satisfaction and a trust-worthy co-operative working relationship with her colleagues and employees are of extreme importance to her.

Nicole Klaudt 
was born in Bonn in 1982. After successfully graduating in Social Work in 2006 she gained work experience in promotion for employment and quality management. During this time she also completed a Masters degree focusing on Consultancy. Miss Klaudt joined ABSOLUT PersonalManagement in 2011 and focuses on placing qualified staff members in the medical and social work environments for temporary and permanent assignments.

Sarah Ruck
 was born in 1981. After successfully completing her business apprenticeship at a medium-sized temporary employment company in 2006 she gained experience in the industrial employment business sector before she joined the ABSOLUT Group in 2007 to supply qualified medical and healthcare staff into the care environment. During her assignment she achieved a business degree in Human Resources Management at the “Akademie Handel” in Munich.

In May 2009 Miss Ruck joined ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. in Brighton to set up the Medical and Healthcare Department and was responsible for the assignment and placement of qualified medical and healthcare personnel. In January 2010 Sarah was promoted Director for the UK operations and is in charge of the Medical/Healthcare and Commercial/Media departments. She is always interested in a constant contact with her customers and employees.
