Dieter Berger was born in 1965. He passed his commercial professional training focusing on the areas of human resource management and financial accounting. Additionally, he possesses a degree in systemic coaching. Since 1991 he has successfully served as founder and managing director of the ABSOLUT Group, which he is continually expanding. The Group’s main focus is on the placement of both specialised and managerial professionals and the supply of temporary workers for the commercial, medical/healthcare, medtech, ict, energy, semiconductor and automotive sector. The ABSOLUT Group is currently active in the Central European region with customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. To allow the internationalisation of the customer portfolio he founded ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. in 2008 which covers the Anglo-Saxon and Northern European markets. He sets the person and the sense in the centre point of his way of thinking and acting.

Manuela Mesic was born in 1972. She successfully completed a business apprenticeship and continued to work in the financial sector for the following years. In 2004 she took a career change and joined ABSOLUT PersonalManagement to gain experience in HR Management and Recruitment procedures. Her focus is on supplying temporary staff into the Automotive Engineering sector. She works with international well established groups of companies in the automobile manufacturer and automotive supplier sector. The close contact to her clients and candidates is very important to her to provide the best service and secure an optimal collaboration.

Jana Porak, born 1981, is a certified foreign language correspondent in English and Spanish, focusing on economics. For several years she has been working successfully in the field of HR consulting. In 2011 due to her enthusiasm for technical occupations she started working for ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH, with the main focus on the automotive & energy sector.
