Sibylle Arhold was born in 1976. After completing her internship as a state certified Business Assistant focusing on international relations she went to the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen where she successfully graduated as a Specialist Counsellor for Business – and organisational counselling. Sibylle joined ABSOLUTPersonal Management GmbH in 2007 as a Recruitment Consultant and was promoted in 2008 as a Department Manager for the Commercial desk in Munich. Due to her studies she knows how to approach the professional and personal skills of her candidates. Phillip Schluttenhofer was born in 1979 and successfully graduated at the University of Augsburg in 2005 as a Specialist in Business Administration. His studies focused on human resource management, Psychology and Sociology of businesses. Additionally he paid attention to Public Sector Management. After graduation he joined the Job Centre and supported unemployed people to get back into work. In April 2008 he started working for ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH supporting the commercial department. Since 2010 he also places candidates within the ICT sector. His duty and responsibility is to place qualified candidates on a temporary and permanent basis. Mr. Schluttenhofer looks after the Department of “ict”. Daniel Garcevic was born in 1985. He successfully completed his commercial apprenticeship in 2007 and gained experience in Business organisation and IT afterwards. In May 2009 he joined ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH as a PA for the commercial desk and also in addition he works for the ICT Department since 2010. His duties and responsibilities vary from supporting the Recruitment Team with administrational tasks and securing qualified candidates. Mr. Garcevic supports the Department “ict”.
