Dejan Popovic was born in 1971. After his degree as Magister Artium in German and Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich in 1999, he started working at ABSOLUT as a personnel consultant.  He is responsible for the assignment and placement of medical management and qualified personnel. He became part of the management team in 2003. Beginning in 2009, he will become an associate of ABSOLUT PersonalManagement and ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. He strives for an open and solutions oriented relationship with customers, candidates and employees.

Vanessa Baumgärtler was born in 1977. Already during her studies she worked in the areas of art marketing and personnel management as well as in the support programs for elite groups of the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst – German Academic Exchange Service). After graduating with an M.A. in Philosophy and Psychology she worked for an international semiconductor organisation within the marketing department. Since March 2009, Vanessa Baumgärtler has been responsible for the placement and allocation of medical/healthcare personnel at Absolut PersonalManagement. Maintaining a competent and reliable relationship with her customers, candidates and colleagues is of particular importance to her.

Björn Zinke was born in 1982. He joined ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH in 2009 as an apprentice and successfully passed his exams in 2011. Since then he joined the Medical and Healthcare Team in our Munich office as a Recruitment Consultant. Mr Zinke is responsible for placing qualified and supporting staff members in the Healthcare Sector and is additionally specialised in the social work sector.

Shadia Selmani was born in 1962. She is a certified interpreter and translator for English and French. For more than 10 years Shadia Selmani has been working as personnel recruiter. Since 2007 she has served as division manager and contact person at ABSOLUT PersonalManagement for all subjects related to the temporary supply of workers and the personnel service in the medical/healthcare and commercial sector. It is very important to her to always have a plain and reliable cooperation with customers, employees and candidates.

Antje Fickelscheerer was born in 1983. Since qualifying as a land surveyor in 2007, Antje Fickelscheerer has served with ABSOLUT PersonalManagement as personnel consultant in the medical sector ever since 2007. In 2008 Antja began additional postgraduate studies in business administration. Her priorities consist of finding prompt individual solutions for customer needs as well as catering for the requirements of employees and candidates.

Florian Mader was born in 1979. He successfully completed his business degree at Siegen University (Germany) in 2007. Jaqueline Behnke was born in 1984. During her commercial apprenticeship with an international company, she focused on personnel management and accountancy. She then went on to work in the human resources sector. In early 2008 she started a distance education programme at the private University of Applied Sciences, Göttingen (Germany) which she successfully completed in 2011 as a graduate in Business Administration. She has worked in the medical/healthcare sector of ABSOLUT PersonalManagement since 2008 and her responsibilities include the assignment and placement of qualified personnel within this particular department. Customer satisfaction and a trust-worthy co-operative working relationship with her colleagues and employees are of extreme importance to her.

Nicole Klaudt was born in Bonn in 1982. After successfully graduating in Social Work in 2006 she gained work experience in promotion for employment and quality management. During this time she also completed a Masters degree focusing on Consultancy. Beate Zgoll  was born in Dieburg in 1984. In 2008 she successfully completed her studies in Social Pedagogy. In addition to her previous studies she then graduated in the field of Management and Educational Science. Since 2011 Ms Zgoll works for ABSOLUT PersonalManagement as a Recruitment Consultant and looks after the social and medical department at our branch in Siegburg.

Ricarda Gamm was born in Winterberg in 1987. She successfully graduated in 2008 focusing on social work during her bachelor degree and specialising in management and educational sciences during her master’s course. During studying Ricarda worked for an international residential home for young female residents. Additionally she was employed by the University of Applied Science in Cologne as an Academic Research Assistant in the department for adult studies. Her master’s course and her practical experience focused on project management and presentation. In March 2011 Ms Gamm joined ABSOLUT PersonalManagement GmbH in Cologne as a Consultant for the recruitment of Medical and Healthcare Personnel.

Nicole Simon, born in 1978 completed her apprenticeship within the hotel sector before she left university with a licentiate degree in business science. Before joining ABSOLUT, she worked for the local Jobcentre where she was responsible for placing job seekers into permanent work environments. During her studies she spent time in the United Kingdom where she experienced working in the care sector. With this knowledge she will be supporting the Medical and Healthcare department at our office in Cologne.

Andreas Matthies was born in 1986. After successfully completing an apprenticeship within a company for Medical Devices he start an evening class to gain a B.A. in Business Administration with focusing on HR Management, Marketing and Sales. Sarah Ruck was born in 1981. After successfully completing her business apprenticeship at a medium-sized temporary employment company in 2006 she gained experience in the industrial employment business sector before she joined the ABSOLUT Group in 2007 to supply qualified medical and healthcare staff into the care environment. During her assignment she achieved a business degree in Human Resources Management at the “Akademie Handel” in Munich.

In May 2009 Miss Ruck joined ABSOLUT Personnel Ltd. in Brighton to set up the medical and ealthcare Department and was responsible for the assignment and placement of qualified medical and healthcare personnel. In January 2010 Sarah was promoted to Director of the UK operations and is in charge of the medical/healthcare and commercial/media departments. She is always interested in a constant contact with her customers and employees.
